What Varmlee is
Varmlee connects families in Tamil Nadu with verified local Buddies for everyday help: check-in visits, home cooking, errands, trips to the doctor, and company. Varmlee coordinates each visit and sends the family a report after it.
Safety, in plain terms
Varmlee is a coordination service, not an emergency service. If anything ever looks serious during a visit, the Buddy's first job is to call 108 — then the family, then us — and to stay with the person until help arrives. For any emergency, always call 108 first. Buddies never lift a person, give medicines, or handle an emergency themselves.
For Buddies
Verification comes first: nobody receives a visit until the identity, court-record, TN Police, address and reference checks are complete and a person on our team has reviewed them.
Give honest information — an application built on false details cannot continue. Your pay for every visit is shown in full before you accept it, and pay lands weekly. The times you open are a promise a family plans around: keep them, or change them ahead of time.
For families
The full service opens on 22 January 2027. Joining the launch list is an invitation, not a booking: it means we may send you a WhatsApp message when we are ready in your town, and we take no payment for it. When visits begin, the price of each kind of help is shown in full before any visit is confirmed.
Changes and law

Varmlee என்றால் என்ன
Varmlee, தமிழ்நாட்டுக் குடும்பங்களை, சரிபார்க்கப்பட்ட பக்கத்து வீட்டு Buddy-களுடன் இணைக்கிறது. அன்றாட உதவிகள்: நலம் விசாரிக்கும் வருகை, வீட்டுச் சமையல், சின்ன வேலைகள், மருத்துவரிடம் உடன் செல்வது, உடன் இருந்து பேசுவது. ஒவ்வொரு வருகையையும் நாங்கள் ஒருங்கிணைப்போம்; வருகை முடிந்ததும் குடும்பத்துக்கு ஒரு அறிக்கை அனுப்புவோம்.
பாதுகாப்பு — எளிய வார்த்தைகளில்
Varmlee ஒரு ஒருங்கிணைப்புச் சேவை; அவசர உதவிச் சேவை அல்ல. வருகையின்போது ஏதாவது தீவிரமாகத் தெரிந்தால், Buddy-யின் முதல் வேலை 108-ஐ அழைப்பதுதான் — பிறகு குடும்பத்தினரை, பிறகு எங்களை. உதவி வரும் வரை அவர் உடன் இருப்பார். எந்த அவசரத்துக்கும், முதலில் 108-ஐயே அழையுங்கள். Buddy-கள் யாரையும் தூக்க மாட்டார்கள், மருந்து கொடுக்க மாட்டார்கள், அவசர நிலையைத் தாங்களே கையாள மாட்டார்கள்.
Buddy-களுக்கு
சரிபார்ப்பு முதலில்: அடையாளம், நீதிமன்றப் பதிவு, TN Police, முகவரி, பரிந்துரைச் சரிபார்ப்புகள் எல்லாம் முடிந்து, எங்கள் குழுவில் ஒருவர் பார்த்த பிறகுதான் யாருக்கும் முதல் வருகை.
உண்மையான விவரங்களைக் கொடுங்கள் — தவறான விவரங்களில் உருவான விண்ணப்பம் தொடர முடியாது. ஒவ்வொரு வருகைக்கும் உங்கள் சம்பளம் முழுவதும், அதை ஏற்கும் முன்பே தெரியும். சம்பளம் ஒவ்வொரு வாரமும் வரும். நீங்கள் திறந்து வைக்கும் நேரம் ஒரு வாக்குறுதி — ஒரு குடும்பம் அதை நம்பித் திட்டமிடும். அதைக் காப்பாற்றுங்கள், அல்லது முன்கூட்டியே மாற்றுங்கள்.
குடும்பங்களுக்கு
முழு சேவையும் 22 ஜனவரி 2027 அன்று தொடங்கும். தொடக்கப் பட்டியலில் சேர்வது ஒரு அழைப்பு மட்டுமே, முன்பதிவு அல்ல: உங்கள் ஊரில் நாங்கள் தயாரானதும் WhatsApp செய்தி அனுப்பலாம் என்று அர்த்தம். அதற்கு நாங்கள் பணம் வாங்க மாட்டோம். வருகைகள் தொடங்கும்போது, ஒவ்வொரு உதவிக்கும் கட்டணம் முழுவதும், வருகை உறுதியாகும் முன்பே தெரியும்.
